CA: Ciao Stefano, ci incontriamo oggi in occasione dell’inaugurazione di”APERTURE” mostra fotografica organizzata da VOX LAB in collaborazione con l’Italian Women’s Group e sostenuta dall’Istituto di Cultura, parlaci dell’iniziativa:
Stefano Virgili: Le mie allieve 14 socie dell’Italian Women’s Group di Singapore hanno prodotto i 24 scatti in mostra da oggi 8 marzo.
Il corso di fotografia da me tenuto e’ stato di 5 incontri teorici e alcune sessioni di pratica, le partecipanti hanno seguito l’idea centrale del progetto ossia esprimere attraverso la fotografia una lettura “ femminile” e “interculturale” di Singapore, la splendida nazione che ci ospita.

Aperture photo exhibition opened yesterday, 8 March Women's day, at the Italian Restaurant Pietrasanta. The Italian Ambassador H.E. Anacleto Fellicani made the opening speech. Anna Marmiroli, President of the Italian women association, introduced the exibhition's scope. Stefano Virgilli, together with Mdm. Ines R. Felicani, the wife of the Ambassador, assigned the certificate to each of the 14 women photographers who attended the course at Lab School in November/December 2009.
The 24 pictures will be exhibited at the Italian Restaurant Pietrasanta for the next 2 weeks.

Lab School, the training department of VOX, has conducted a photography course for the Italian Women Association in November / December 2009. The course outcome was so enthusiastic that a photo exhibition have been organized. The opening will be on March 8 at Restaurant Pietrasanta, in Portsdown Road, Singapore, at 6PM. The Italian Ambassador will open the exhibition.
